    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have same issue. No internet since 21st december&amp;nbsp; then worked yesterday and no internet again with soonest engineer visit 11th January.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happens most days test says there is good commenting but obviously not. Tv and all other Internet devices are unable to connect. So frustrating when its a service we have to pay for!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;'no outages in your area' doesn't mean your own individual circuit isn't out of action.&amp;nbsp; It's intended to indicate that there's no known upstream fault affecting multiple households, but is worded very poorly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
