      <description>Without the internet the sky glass TV doesn't work,this has gone gone for about 12 hours today around 4 days in this Christmas period we've had no TV and no internet, becoming a consistent problem, I am not enjoying this sky glass TV one bit, problem after problem, my internet service is shocking IV never had so many problems then the last 3 months, been with sky for years, definitely regret this contract</description>
