The system managing the connection is programmed to stabilise the line so a brief drop around the time you posted is likely to be thst system doing exactly that by changing the line parameters.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Openreach will only intervene if the system cannot stabilise the line without droping the speed below the guaranteed speed for your line or drops go over 10 a day so Sky cannot often do anything other than sympathise. Full fibre lines do not suffer the ssme issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
