topic Wifi max boost not working in Broadband

I had new broadband and wifi max fitted today. The boost for Max is in the same place as my old booster, however, the "boost" simply isn't working and I can't get any wifi whatsoever in the back room of the house, which is my office. It worked perfectly well before the upgrade, so the new wifi boost doesn't work

@Johnozzer the new pods work differently to the old boosters and can be an issue in some properties as thry use a 5GHz closed signal to link to the hub. Try moving the pod closer to the hub especially if you live in anolder property. If your office is some distance from where the hub is situated you may want to consider using Poerline adapters which uses tge mains wiring to carry the data to thst room then conect the adapter to the pod by ethernet.
