Hello,

I've recently complained about my wifi dropping every 3 mins. Sky sent me a new hub as my former one was "outdated".
However, I'm experiencing the EXACT same issue with this new hub. Only the power and the wifi lights are green. The internet light goes on and off every 5 minutes by itself. The service checker doesn't seem to pick up any issues. Very very frustrating. I've been experiencing these issues for 3 weeks now.

please advise.
