      <title>No internet connection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mac computer cannot connect to WiFI. Sky online checks say there is no outage, Hub is connected with 149Mb and 'everything looks fine'. No internet connection to computer for the past 3 days. All cables have been checked, Hub's white light is on. Mac connects to internet via 4G on my phone, but cannot find the Sky WiFi. Service was activiated 12 days ago, everything was fine until 3 days ago. Hve shut down and re-started both Mac and Hub multiple times, and gone over the settings on the Mac many times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
