While the TV is only 10 feet from the hub what lies between the two? A thick brick wall could easily reduce the speed as could a thin layer of metal foil. If its only air there is domething wrong.

On Full Fibre 500 and first problem is I'm only getting speeds of 20-50mbps today when I test using the sky app it of course shows no problem. The sky hub is less than 10feet from the tv!

The second problem you have got me on the wrong discount rate for my bill. I should be on the £29 per month offer I originally signed up to, but you have me on £34 per month. And I want the whole of December refunded for the delay, poor service, and mistakes from sky to get this set up.

Also @Ashley88 given the short distance from Sky hub to TV, have you considered connecting by Ethernet cable but bear in mind the TV will be limited to the speed it can receive so don't expect anywhere close to 500mbps (more likely to be below 100mbps).
