      <description>&lt;P&gt;They might be added to your next bill but if that is due in 14 days or less then it will appear on the following months bill but back dated to the date your new package started.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That depends if the 'upgrade' is a speed increase on an existing circuit, or requires a replacement technology (copper to optical)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
