      <description>My wifi has dropped out twice today when I have gone to check my service on the app straight after it's dropped out it states the line was checked 10 mins ago and it was fine which corresponds to the time my wifi dropped out I do not want these line tests if they are going to be kicking my wifi out. I've got the box unplugged and the app is saying my service is good !! So your testing can't be that great in the first place</description>
