New router help pls

I had sky come and install a new router today and she turned off 2.4ghz which i need for my smart kettle how do i turn it back on on i think the sky q tv box

@Andy722 i doubt the engineer disabled the 2.4GHz band rather it is on a single SSID with the 5GHz band. What colour of hub do you have?

She told us that she turned off 2.4ghz as the hub is only 4 feet away from the sky q box ...

Colour of the box is black

@Andy722 sounds an odd thing to do but if the band is off you can switch it back on by typing 192.168.0.1 into a browser which should load the Hub's web interface. Click on the WiFi tab and sign in using the username admin and the wifi pssword on the label as the password. Once in you will see a radio box to turn onnthe 2.4GHz band if it is indeed off.

Ive now sorted it went onto settings typed 0 0 1 select then ticked the 2

4ghz to on ...
