      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4289343"&gt;@Greg61&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If the fault is intermittent the you wouls have to call Sky to log it, i don't think the connection test would allow you to book an engineer unless you manage to run the test while the fault is present.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
