    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have done all of this this had happened every month for the past 6 months I am constantly on the phone to sky. Didn't realise it wasn't to sky &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:"&gt;🤣&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it's a absolute nightmare 3 days a month no internet and never can give a explanation to why.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have had engineers out countless times and can find no fault in connections.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The first thing to do is check to see if there are any outages in your local area via this link &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/servicechecker" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/servicechecker&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If there isn't try running the line test here&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you get amber or red you need to follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't think this link to find your router statistics is still working? I have it bookmarked too and it just pings me onto the main broadband community page. Can't seem to find it by searching, sadly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
