It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account (from 01/04/24 the rates are £9.76 per day).

My broadband connection has been gone since early hours this morning. The website says there is an outage in my area (S10) and it may take a couple of days for Sky to solve a problem like this. How disappointing! For this to happen on Christmas Day! Can someone from Sky tell me when this is going to be solved - certainly hoping it won't take the whole day or two?!

Openreach who own and maintain the network will get it fixed as soon as possible and that may well be a few days.

It's more than fustrating and more so over the holidays, ours went off yesterday morning (S26) no dial tone on phone line & sky router had no light on the voice image; arrange an engineer with sky for the 27th, however we were back up & working by mid afternoon; hopefully it's the same for you.
