&lt;P&gt;I'd observe the period before the activation date wouldn't be covered by the Ofcom scheme: you may be able to negotiate a refund on the broadband subscription.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I informed sky I was moving home on 7 December 2024 I was switched off on the 6th of December and engernieering visit was booked for the 19th of December I'm also with out a route box up until today I've had no use of the internet from date 6/12/2024 to 24/12/2024 so I'm looking for my bill to be reduced or compensated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
