Tv wifi password doesnt work

I've got new sky Internet I was previously with a different provider. The TV finds my WiFi I type in the password and it doesn't connect. I get the password correct as I double check and type it and its visible. The only way it connects is by the WPS button but I have to do this every rime I turn the TV on. It only happens on this TV in the house (samsung) had no problems with the previous one saving the Internet. I want to know how to save this network .

@Dan183 if you have the white Sky hub try changing the WiFi security setting for the hub in the My Sky app to WPA2 rather than the default WPA3-T it seems Samsung TVs have an issue with the new higher security level.
