    <description>&lt;P&gt;Are new upgraded fibre broadband was only install installed a few days ago it hasn't worked properly since it was installed. The TV works directly via ethernet cable so that's fine but everything off the Wi-Fi is rubbish&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All the devices connected via Wi-Fi are struggling we can't play videos and things through our devices correctly. Download speeds for games consoles is poor. There must be a setting issue with the Wi-Fi device on Speedtest. I'm receiving high numbers but things don't work. Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
