<title>topic Wifi keeps dropping in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Wifi-keeps-dropping/m-p/4860752#M452490</link>
<description>I work from home and have had my set up for years. Earlier this year I had issues whereby you sent an engineer and things were resolved as a new router was required. In the last week my wifi goes down intermittently which is less than ideal when you're in the middle of meetings. At this stage I am unable to work as the Internet is so poor. Your checker says everything is fine but it definitely is not. I've reset router a number of times. I've done all the checks as per the suggestion but I cannot keep going with this service. I would actually like to speak to someone but there does not appear an option now to speak to anyone and have been directed to this page. Help would be appreciated</description>
