Internet is so slow, WiFi drops in and out, the Sky TV goes pixelated, and the screen goes black. Every test ran comes back good but this can't be good if I've been experiencing problems for the past 2 weeks.

We have two Sky Pucks in two different rooms, both have been working fine until recently. The Wifi keeps losing connection and the signal is inferior. Every line check I've done through Sky tells me there are no issues but there are. Is there an outage somewhere that needs fixing?

We are having the same issue and I have no idea have to track a fault! It's worst of an evening. Can't watch anything as keeps loading. Upgraded to fibre500 and it's made no difference.

Everything keeps coming has no issues but the quality and reliability has dropped since 2 weeks ago. Restarting the router seems to have no effect! Might have to call directly to see what happens!

Have you contacted Sky and reported this in that 2 weeks?

Edit: I have merged this afternoons post to your thread from Friday.

Yes I do believe so and there doesn't seem to be a fault anywhere apprently but this doesn't seem correct.
