&lt;P&gt;First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there isn't try running the line test here:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My internet has been on and off since yesterday evening, unhappy as purchased the Tyson vs Usyk and was a nightmare keep stop and starting, today the internet is off again the app says there is no issues at all but there is as I have no internet again, flashing orange light on internet and solid orange light on voice, I have even unplugged the whole box an not helped.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
