If you have a blaxk sky hub you can split the two bands if as it sounds your new camera has a wifi chip that wont connect to a dualband SSID see&nbsp;<A style="background-color: #ffffff; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;" href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/How-to-separate-WiFi-bands/ba-p/3530610" target="_blank">Split Sky WiFi bands</A></P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>Things are different with the newer white Sky hub where you cannot split the bands. Here you temporarily turn off the 5GHz band then connectvthe camera then tuurn the 5GHz band back on.
