      <title>Phone Line and Broadband dropped</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sitting at home watching the footie when the WiFi dropped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;checked router and it's saying there is no broadband or phone line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried land line and that's dead too&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it literally just dropped no warning ...... I've checked all connections, rebooted the router and no change ........any clues?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately most likely to be an external circuit failure.&amp;nbsp; You'll need to log it with Sky and hope they can get an Openreach appointment for Monday or Tuesday.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
