Sky box not working. Got reconditioned one

I don’t know where to find my sky ip address for setting up box. I’ve checked account and can’t find it. Please don’t use technical language as that confuses me even more. I googled and it said go to maintenance. Can’t find that in account either.

@Cm24 What box have you got? Sky+ Sky Q, Sky Stream?

None of them need you to find an IP address to be setup.

On setup it is asking for sky ip address

As none of us own a crystal ball & have no idea what your notion of a "Sky box" may be, perhaps you could answer the question @GD1 posed you, instead of completely ignoring it.

The default IP address of a Sky Hub is 192.168.0.1

However it's not usual for this to be required for manual entry in setting up another device.
