Does Sky offer broadband without sky talk? Or is this even possible?

if so would/is it a cheaper option?

They are bundled together but if you don't connect an actual phone, or you make no calls and you're on the Sky Pay As You Talk tariff, you won't be charged.

If outbound calls aren't made, there's no separate cost for the default bundled Sky Talk Internet Calls.
