      <description>&lt;P&gt;The red lightbon the ONT indicates an issue with the fibre connection so call Sky to report the issue so Openreach can check the fibre network.&lt;/P&gt;

You can call Sky and see what they recommend but whether Openreach will do anything depends on the frequency of drops and how long they have been going on as the equipment managing the connection should bectrying to stabilise your conection whichbtakes a few days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No internet again this morning. Engineer came yesterday and said the equipment is fine and that it is open reach. Then it came back up went down this morning phoned sky but was told that it is my hub!!!! &amp;nbsp;I told them what the engineer had said but the guy would not listen so another engineer booked for tomorrow. Total waste of time. &amp;nbsp; Will leave as soon as I can. &amp;nbsp;Rubbish service sky!!!! Listen to the engineers&lt;/P&gt;</description>
