Having issues with broadband since June 2024. Speeds are 13mbps or there abouts and should be 43mbps. BT engineers have been out firstly replaced part of the line outside my house. Been told my cabling sits underground and when it rains ends up waterlogged. Sky don't seem to be in any rush to fix or even diagnose fault at all

That would be a task for Openreach (not 'BT') and their resources are now significantly biased towards the national FTTP rollout: unfortunately resolving issues on the legacy copper network, particularly if this involves digging, doesn't seem like a good investment when it's destined to be retired.

You can persist with logging claims against the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed, but Sky can choose to offer you early exit. Unfortunately 13Mbs is still above the Universal Service Obligation threshold.
