The wifi keeps dropping out and we need to reboot or reset our sky hub. It works for a while and then drops off again. This morning when I woke up i had 9 mb/s download and 0 mb/s. We normally have between 35mb/s upload and 38mb/s and around 8mb/s upload. This has been on-going for 48 hours. The land line seems fine. We have no neighbours, so I think it's a router problem. This is causing a problem as we work from home. Could you help please. We've done all the normal checks and reboots and resets. I think the router is faulty?
