How do you reset the new white sky router. There's no reset button on it. ?

I have upgraded my router to the new sky white one but the green light has been pulsing for a few years now and not turned white. It says online to press reset button but there isn't one on Sky's new router. Do I just unplug it from electric ?

@Cazsky11 removing the power will cause the hub to reboot but to do a factory reset on the white hub 6 you press and hold in the WPS button on the side until the led flashes and then release it which takes at least 10 seconds.

Just thought I'd make this more clear, to reset a hub 6 you must hold the WPS button 30 seconds and wait till the light on the front flashes green, then let go and leave it.

Also I recommend a restart of the hub 15 mins later after the reset.

@LACOSTE you are of course corect the reset does require the WPS button to be pressed for 30 seconds until the led starts flashing green.

I held in wps button for 30 seconds. Light didn't flash. Go off. Turn green. Just stayed static white.
engineer booked. 😞

@Sally301 Press the wps button for 3 seconds to see if the WPS mode is working, about the lights linked below for your sky Max Hub!
