As a matter of fact Sky's own rngineers are trained by Openreach to fo some work on their systems up to the pole IIRC so it msybe a Sky engineer who does the job.

Hi. Does anyone know if it's possible to pay/book an engineer visit to move my broadband cabling so that it come through another wall?

I have sky stream and ultrafast broadband. Need to move my front room around anyway but have been having lots of pixelating and other picture issues with stream since I got it a few months back. Am thinking shorter cabling may help but not sure if it's just a stream puck issue or whether this, or adding internet boost may help also?
