16.12.2024 I changed tariff from 43£ per month to the cheaper one (I received offer by email).

Today FiWi doesn't work in my flat

@Olha3 you are not talking to Sky shen pisting in this public forum - hence the need for moderators editing your post.

I think you need to talk to Sky to find out what is going on so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
