&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately using a domestic broadband service for WFH doesn't convey any additional priority, and given it's not yet 09:00, perhaps hardly surprising.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My fibre broadband is down, engineer came yesterday and was unable to rectify the fault, they are due back this morning but still no one...
