However if you lose connection in the evening then check the lights on the hub (see&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start&lt;/A&gt;) if they show the hub is losing connection to the line which means there is a line issue which are not uncommon following the recent bad weather if you call Sky they maybe able to raise a &amp;nbsp;fault with Openreach whether they can or not depends on severity of the issue. If they can't the line should sort itself out in a week or so.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our wifi has dropped out of service every night for the last 3 nights at least 2 times a night and up to 5 times a night. Please can you advise why this keeps happening ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
