Getting " there was a problem connecting to the remote resource - erro code

Hi New to Sky and for work we have a platform that when i try to join i get this error. i have re-booted hub and computer. I can access this if using my phone as a hot-spot so issue must be with router. I am using a BT-Wholehome mesh system and SKY Wifi is disabled. I have tries using just sky wi-fi and that didnt work so thinking it must be the hub... Work IT have stated ialso must be a setting on the hub...

anybody help

Thanks for reply. I have no idea if my work IT will be able to do anything with this info.. Hope so.
