You can run the connection checker in the My Sky app to see if it picks up a fault and offers ti book an engineer. If it doesnt you can report the issue to Sky but whether they can get Openreach to check your line depends on the frequency it drops as the systems in the cabinet should stabilise the line in time without requiring any intervention&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
