There is a known issue affecting Sky Max Hubs (white ones) that started around 2 AM due to an overnight update. This update has caused connectivity problems for over 46,000 customers. Our technical team is working to roll back the update and restore service, but we don’t have an exact time for resolution yet. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to fix this.
