I've got the same issue but I've been a customer for over 20 years, never known it to be down and the service checker not very available either. I can't even get the virtual assistant to put me through to an advisor! I will try calling later if it doesn't resolve

Sky broadband has been connected now for around 3 months. No particular issue.

went to bed last night all was ok. Woke up this morning and no connection. Looked at the router and the light was red. Reset everything.

Now the router light pulses green and when I try to connect to the internet it tells me I need to log in to the network before can access the internet and displays a "open network login page"

My setup is I have a optical wire that comes from outside straight in to an open reach box, then a network cable that goes out of that to the sky router.

if I click on open network login it takes me to a page that gives me 3 setup options, none of which accurately match my setup, although the 3rd option is closest. However in that it assumes you have a network cable (which it wants you to bypass) from the wall into the open reach modem. I cannot connect the sky router directly to that feed as it wants you to do as it is a optical connector and not a network lead.

It will only let me access this setup page and nothing else. The options given are not relevant to what I have.

any suggestions? TIA

Yes, I tried the virtual assistant but it just goes in circles. It also tells me the service checker is not available too. Thanks for your response.

I have same problem all fine last night and on my sky app it says it last did a check at 02:15 today and there was an issue detected but when you go into it for "let's fix it" it says sorry our tests are currently unavailable. From reading this it looks like it could be an overall sky thing.
Very frustrating for a weekend when kids are home and we have sky glass so can't watch anything, fingers crossed it will be sorted quickly.
