      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4071821"&gt;@Vincent1988&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You are not contacting customer service here, the forum is mainly customer to customer support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to run the connection test via your account, if it finds a problem it should give you the option to book an engineer, if it doesn't give that option you will have to call to log the fault and have Sky book Openreach to attend(the test can be run over a mobile connection), the standard target fix time is 2 working days starting the day after it's reported, that would mean Wednesday at the earliest and you will get no extra priority because you work from home as you are using a domestic only service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
