More than two weeks have gone by and no response from SKY. That's disappointing!!!! Still having multiple devices keep dropping their WiFi connection. I've tried everything suggested and still have the issues.

The wifi drops, not for long though. It drops for like between 2-4 min, I then think the phone / tablet is slow, check it ond it says connected but no internet - turn the wifi off and back on and its now connected - this happens on more than one device (tablets and phones in the house).

I have reported this previously and i have done multiple fault tests, where it comes back as all is ok. Sky reported back to me that they have tested my line and cant see anything wrong. I have stated that the problem still exist and we need help, but up to now, nothing.

Sky suggest changing to WIFI max (more money) but is that any better / reliable? what if it still persists?

like i said to sky - it's not one intermittent / faulty device - its multiple devices.

The common denominator is the sky hub!!!.

Tried everything you suggested and devices still drop the WiFi.

-Unplug the skyQ box for 10 mins (was actually 3 hrs as I went out) also reset it.

-Unplugged the hub for 10 mins and reset it.

-reconnected devices one by one etc etc

Within 2 hrs my phone then lost the WiFi connection- it also had line of sight with the hub, so not in a dead spot in the house.

What next??????? Replace the WiFi hub ?????
