topic Android 9 tablet not connecting in Broadband

I've just spent today setting up my new sky router. I've managed to connect every device to the router with the exception of my Android 9 tablet which for some unknown reason can find the network, save it after entering the password but will not connect to the network. I've checked on the router and it is there as a connected device. Does anyone know why they won't bridge the divide? I've already gone through the usual troubleshooting methods (turn tablet off, turn router off, etc) but to no avail.

Android 9 is now somewhat antique.

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3-T to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

Thanks Timmy. I've just tried taking the WPA3-T off and putting WPA2 on but still no luck. I get that Android 9 is archaic, and I tend to use Apple stuff, but this tablet is purely for one app which there isn't an iOS version available.
