Broadband power supply

I have just got Sky broadband and to use it in the house there is no power supply close to the router and home line. Because of this I have had to got to the full extent of the power supply cable and put the router onto a box behind the front door with the supply and incoming phone line from either side. Would you be able to tell me what size (mm) male and female connection cable I would have to purchase to extend the power cable to the router.
