very slow upload

I dont use execssive broadband but when I try uploading or sharing something (particularly Facebook) the times are very slow I used an independeant broadband speed check (as yours is only download)

Ping Download Upload 40 ms 17.64 Mb/s 0.29 Mb/s

Please advise what upload speed should be and if I have an issue

Upload speed depends on the broadband technology.

If you have a black Sky Hub and post your Hub stats, we'll have some information about your particular phone line and internet connection to work with.

Note that it's speed arriving at the Hub which counts against the minimum speed guarantee, not speed test website results on a wireless device.
