Some devices find it difficult to connectvto a dualband SSID. On the black hubs follow these steps to splitvthec2 bands https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/How-to-separate-WiFi-bands/ba-p/3530610

On the newer white hubs you cannot splitvthe bands therefore you need to usecthe hubsxsettings in the MySky app to turn off the 5GHz band temporarily connect the devices affected then turn the 5GHz band back on.

I have devices that need to connect to broadband at 2.4G. Since they are not connecting to my sky hub, I presume that is running at a different frequency, but I cannot see what, and I cannot see how to change it.
