@Harves doorbells are a common issue as they are often screwed onto a double thicknedd external wall which blocks most of the wifi signals cannot reach.

Sky can provide boosters but they come as part of an add-on package called Sky WiFi Max which guarantees 10Mb/s or 25Mb/s in every room in your home see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max so wont cover the doorbell but most do work. A lot depends on the layout and type of construction of your home but do check first thst your existing hub is in the best position which is out in the open on a surface above furniture and radiators.

If you dont want to pay Sky extra each month you can buy and use your own wifi kit which can work out cheaper in the long run.

Easiest and quickest way, use your mobile out at the doorbell everything closed as would be normally, run a speed test and see what you get that would be same the doorbell should be seeing!

Ive just upgraded to sky max which in itself isn't much better but hoping the extender they sending going to fix the issue. They charged me an extra £4 a month as i been with them so long and they waved the £10 upgraded fee. They first will only send the new router but ring the next day and say its no better and they will send u a extender pod for free and can send upto 3 out depending on ur need. 👍
