    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/504988"&gt;@Loobs72&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Q minis only work when the main Q box is powered and not in eco standby mode they dont require internet access to watch live TV . I would call Sky as they should sort issues with Q boxes losing connection either by sending you a booster (your current boister cannot work so disconnect it) or by arranging for an engineer to call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My setup is a sky q box and 3 minis. &amp;nbsp;Router is upstairs as that is where the connection comes into the house. &amp;nbsp;The mini boxes frequently freeze and it is driving me mad. &amp;nbsp;I am presuming it is a broadband issue as it happens to all the minis. &amp;nbsp;I have plugged in a wifi repeater (non &amp;nbsp; sky) but not really helped. &amp;nbsp;Anyone got any ideas? &amp;nbsp;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
