I changed from virgin today to sky broadband. Everything is working OK apart from my TV apps ie Netflix disney + prime etc etc. All my apps are saying I don't have Internet connection. When I try to connect it says I need wpa encryption key. I can't find it anywhere and I'm starting to lose my rag so I'd be very grateful if anyone could help me

@taylor59 sounds like your TV has not connected to your new Sky hub. WPA key is the WiFi password on the hub's label.

If it is an older Samsung TV and you have the white Sky hub there can be an issue with the new WiFi security level Sky use. If so log into the My Sky app go to the Product Options section choose the Sky Max hub and click on the advanced link and go into WiFi security ans switch thecsetting from WPA3-T to WPA2.
