      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4276299"&gt;@Berylb&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;do not accept any offers of texts etc and simply say somrthing like Broadband technical issue. Lines are very bust follwing the storm etc&lt;/P&gt;
