Can someone please tell me how I change my Sky router WiFi channel to 2.4 using an iPhone as I don't own a laptop

Hi there. I'm using a Sky broadband hub. I can now get into the admin page but have no idea what I'm meant to be changing to get the hub to be 2.4ghz

Under Wireless settings you need to uncheck the synchronise button and then uncheck enable ap on the 5ghz tab.
