Intermittent connection

Hi,

For the past few weeks the internet connection has been in and out, dropping suddenly and coming back. It 's getting worse and as both my partner and I work arrangements are hybrid, we need stable internet connection that is reliable.
Can you check the cables or whatever else can cause this problem please?
