      <title>Wi fi issues</title>
      <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Wi-fi-issues/m-p/4847054#M447398</link>
<description>Wi fi is terrible around the house, keeps dropping out, even when in the same room as the hub. This has been getting progressively worse over the last few months. When we run tests sometimes it comes back saying no items are connected to the hib(when they definitely are connected) and sometimes comes back with just so many items connected. And at times my it says my phone is connected but the OK IS coloured red and when you click on wi fi help it just goes to this discussion page. We've tried re setting the router, switching it off waiting a while then switch it off, even tried switching the fibre box off then on, nothing improves it. Very frustrated with Sky wi fi.</description>
