Wifi connection is terrible

In the last month our WiFi has been appalling. We've been customers for 3 years and not had a problem since a booster was installed to give access over our whole house after we had it installed, until last month or so.

This is interrupting my work with calls dropping out frequently and need having to tether my phone instead. This is the same for my wife and her work... my son and daughter's ipads are constantly dropping out too including right now.

When i to the diagnostics on this app apparently everything is good, but i assure you it is not... if this is not resolved i will be demanding a full refund and cancelation of any contract as it is not acceptable.
