@Steph117 you need to establish whether the issue is with the broadband speed to your hub or the WiFi speed in your home.

Last weekends's storm has caused loads of issues so it is worth checking if that is your problem so log into the My Sky app and run the service checker and see the current speed to your hub if thst looks lower than it should be click on the broadband link and you will see the recdnt hidtory and tge guaranteed speed. If your line is not meeting thst guarantee the app should offer more help or call Sky. However if there is an issue with speed caused by the weather it can be a while before it gets fixed as the dngineers are extremly busy,.

Assuming thst is OK the issue is likely to be the wifi link from the hub to your devices if you did buy a guaranteed wifi service then Sky will send you a booster if asked but.boosters are not part of the basic service.

My WiFi has been playing up now for 3 days! I've turned everything off and on again. I can't get through a 30 min programme without it stopping constantly.
im getting a bit sick of it now. I've had to turn my plugs off 3 times during one programme to try and get it to work. Its so frustrating. When I switched to sky I was guaranteed this wouldn't happen and we would have super fast high speed downloads etc. it never happened when I was with virgin.
